DHS HQ’s SIEM and SOAR solutions are supported by Providence Solutions, with design, implementation, and maintenance efforts carried out in collaboration with NOSC-Cyber and key stakeholders to enhance security operations. Close coordination is maintained with network and security engineers, as well as cloud development teams, to strengthen security measures. Research is conducted on the latest SIEM and SOAR capabilities, with a focus on architecture enhancement.
