The Office Manager will serve as the central hub for day-to-day operations in our Atlanta office. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in office administration, HR coordination, candidate sourcing, and bookkeeping. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities, supporting both the leadership team and staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, supplies, scheduling, and internal communications.
- Human Resources Support: Manage onboarding, maintain personnel files, support benefits administration, track PTO/leave, and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Source candidates, post job openings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support staffing needs for IT and cybersecurity positions.
- Bookkeeping & Finance Support: Assist with expense tracking, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and QuickBooks entries in collaboration with the finance team.
- Leadership Support: Provide administrative assistance to management including scheduling, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organized records aligned with company standards and federal contracting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, HR coordination, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (QuickBooks Certification a plus).
- Familiarity with HR software (TalentHR.io or similar) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional, articulate, and client-facing.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
